RaceControl Annual
CAD $499 / track / year
No software sign-up fee. Includes the Windows race-laptop application, two activated laptops per subscribed track, website publishing, event QR pages, online entry review, public and announcer views, and multi-track host invitations.
Track assignment and activation are arranged before your first event. Contact us to confirm suitability and arrange access; this is not an instant self-service checkout. Each participating host track needs its own authorized access. Timing hardware and payment-processing services are separate.
Choose with clear expectations
Which cars can SCP document?
Winged and non-wing sprint cars, midgets, 600 micro sprints and custom chassis. Dirt and pavement records are supported. Automated tuning guidance currently applies only to full-size winged dirt sprint cars.
Is RaceControl included with SCP?
No. SCP is the team’s private setup workspace. RaceControl is the track organizer’s separate event application and publishing service.
How do backups work?
SCP keeps a local working copy and saves team data to the website when online. Download independent backups from Options. RaceControl runs operational events on the laptop and publishes selected information online. Google Drive automatic backup is not currently included.
How do I manage a subscription?
Use My Account to view your subscription and available cancellation controls. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded terms; these listed prices apply to new purchases. See the SCP manual before changing devices.
Offline access and independent backups
Offline editing is available for seven days after successful online access verification. Connect online at least once every seven days to verify access. Saved records and backup export remain available after expiry. Website saves, current account verification, weather and online maps need an internet connection. A website save is not an independent backup: download a recoverable backup from Options before changing devices. If copies conflict, preserve both before reconciling.
