SprintCar Pro / racecontrol

RaceControl. From registration to the final points.

Run your event on the race laptop and keep drivers, fans, staff and announcers connected through the website.

See RaceControl in action

Try a race night before race night.

Explore the RaceControl screens with three sample tracks and fictional drivers. Set up an event, review check-ins, work through the lineup builder, and see what fans and announcers see.

The public view is already filled with drivers, qualifying times, heat grids, an A-main and points. This demo uses sample data; your changes stay in your browser and do not affect a real race.

Use the demo’s top bar to switch tracks or open Event setup, Staff / check-ins, Lineup builder, Public view, Announcer and Driver check-in. For more room on a phone, open the full-screen demo.

The laptop runs the race. The website keeps people informed.

Prepare & operate

Create events and classes, review competitors, work through time-ins, heats and mains, and record results on your Windows race laptop.

Publish & share

Publish the event once, then share website QR codes for registration, arrival requests, public viewing, announcers and authorized staff. Those links remain available while the laptop is off.

Bring tracks together

Create a series and invite several tracks to host one or more races. Each host accepts and connects its own event to the schedule.

Public pages show the latest published snapshot. Changes on the laptop appear online after publishing. This workflow does not promise an automatic transponder timing feed.

One flow for fans and announcers

Follow Registered → Time-ins → Heats → Mains → Points. Announcers can review driver biographies and sponsors alongside the published race information. The website views refresh periodically as new snapshots are published.

Online registrations and arrival requests are available to review from Local Home. An arrival request is not official check-in until track staff verify it.

Get ready before your first event

  1. Arrange your track assignment and subscription with SprintCar Pro.
  2. Download the Windows application from your own verified account.
  3. Extract the ZIP and start RaceControl. Follow the setup prompts and activate your laptop.
  4. Rehearse one event, publish it and scan every QR code on a phone before race day.

Each subscribed track supports two activated laptops. Optional direct laptop access uses the laptop’s Wi-Fi; the public website QR codes do not depend on that local network.

Guided launch access

RaceControl is available through arranged track setup while new-track onboarding is being completed. Contact us with your track, classes and event schedule so we can confirm the fit and prepare activation.
